I continue to believe that we as a community must take greater pride in our neighborhoods.
Once each spring, summer and fall I organize volunteer clean-ups that are held at three locations in the 17th district:
• Gratiot Avenue between Iroquois and Wellington Crescent
• The bike path along Wellington Crescent from Gratiot to Harper
• The four corners at Harper and Metro Parkway
Spring 2009 DATES:
9 a.m. - Noon: Trash bags and grabbers to eliminate the need for bending will be provided.
April 4: Wellington Crescent from Gratiot to Harper.
April 25: Northbound Gratiot from Iroquois to Wellington Crescent.
